William Francis White, 55, passed away March 7, 2013. A proud graduate of St. Ignatius High School. William was a retired Detective with the Cleveland Police, a member of the Retired Irish Police Association, former Regional Representative of the State Treasurer’s Office, and a gifted instructor. William was the beloved husband of Rachelle (nee Davis), loving father to William, Daniel and Katherine, son to the late William and Winifred, brother to Patrick (Mary), Wini, Rose (Michael), Anne (Scott), and Rita. Son-in-law to Mary Davis, brother-in-law to the late Ray, Rhonda (Jeff), Richard (Deborah), and Rana (Don). Loving uncle of 13. Dear nephew and cousin to many, and a cherished friend to all who loved him.
