Billy had the mosty contagious smile of any man I have ever met. As a cop he always maintained the three cardinal rules when dealing with men and women who needed his help. He practiced COMPASSION, SENSE OF HUMOR, AND SENSE OF HUMOR in which many times he laughed at his self saying "were cops but were only human!" I only wished that I could have worked and been with him more. A true GENTLEMAN in every sense of the word. So intelligent he could be intimidating. I love Billy and his family. His father a sweeetheart and Mike a very caring man also.

I will always remember the day that I met Bill at the University of Dayton. He had a big smile on his face and knew how to have fun. We lived on the same for in an apartment building and shared many times together watching sports or enjoying the evening. He was very warm and gracious to everyone all of the time. Over time, nothing changed to his credit. He will be missed by many but his memory will live on.
