Theresa M. McNamara (nee: Potonic), 47, passed away May 28, 2015 after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer. Treasured wife of Chris for 14 years. Loving mother of Ashley and Erin. Beloved daughter of Leo & Nancy Potonic. Sister of Larry Potonic (Kristine). Theresa was a dedicated math teacher who taught at Ford Middle School and Midpark High School where she coached The Meteors to two conference titles in girls basketball. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. VISITATION SUNDAY FROM 1-6PM AT JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 PEARL RD. STRONGSVILLE. FUNERAL MASS MONDAY 10am at St. John Neumann Catholic Church. Interment Strongsville Cemetery.
