Although I didn't know Joanne that well, the few times I saw her, she was such a pleasant lady, beautiful in every way, She welcomed you in ways most don't know how, I adore her daughter, which is how I was brought into her life. I know you will all miss her, she left so many wonderful memories for each and every one of you, please know you are all in our thoughts and prayers, thankful she is no longer suffering, she fought a great fight.

I will never forget Joanne's kindness and her beautiful voice when she offered to, and did, sing Ave Maria at my wedding in 1972. Although we had been physically out-of-touch for many years, I always looked forward to the family Christmas newsletter. I do believe that Joanne's family, many friends and her church have brought great joy in her days here. May she rest in peace.
