Jessie Elizabeth Wilson's Obituary
Jessie Elizabeth Wilson, aged 48, passed away peacefully on May 31, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on April 12, 1977, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Jim and Betsy Wilson, Jessie grew up with a song in her heart and an unyielding love for her family and friends.
Jessie's life was a testament to the joy of giving and the strength of kinship. She shared an unbreakable bond with her siblings, Jimmy and Bethany Wilson, who fondly remember her as the heart and soul of their family. Her heartfelt laughter and generous hugs were sources of comfort and happiness to all who knew her. Jessie's spirit will live on through her adored nephews, Micah and Gavin Docuyanan, whom she loved with all her heart.
A woman of faith, Jessie found solace and joy in singing in church. She loved listening to music. Jessie's love for her faith was paralleled only by her love for her family, whom she cherished above all else.
Jessie loved bowling and her enthusiasm for the sport was matched by her passion for the Cleveland Indians. Jessie's was active in the Special Olympics, Friends Forever and Active Day. Through these organizations, she forged lifelong friendships. Jessie's love for cats was a reflection of her kind and nurturing soul, which knew no bounds.
VISITATION will be held on TUESDAY, June 3rd from 10am-11am with a FUNERAL SERVICE beginning at 11am, all at Strongsville United Methodist Church, 13500 Royalton Road, Strongsville. Interment will take place at Strongsville Cemetery.
