Janice Marie Ohler's Obituary
Janice Marie Ohler (née Chmielewski), age 72 of North Royalton, OH went to Heaven on November 22, 2024 after a courageous and brave battle with multiple serious illnesses. She fought immensely hard until the very end and we’ll forever be proud of her. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, the late Florence and Philip Chmielewski of Independence, OH and her sister, Arlene Streich, of Macedonia, OH. Janice loved and leaves behind her husband of 52 years Walter Ohler, her two daughters Stacy Ohler and Megan Trobenter(Steve), and hugely cherished granddaughter, Raelynn Trobenter (Gam’s girl forever). Loving Sister of Deborah Schmiedl (Rick), Philip Chalmers (Sandy), and David Chalmers. Dear Aunt and friend to so many. Also beloved mama to little Oliver, her Yorkie “Service Dog/Protector” who comforted her greatly throughout her illnesses. We know she is now free of suffering and in Heaven reunited with her mom and dad; and with Mandy and Roma greeting her with a ton of happy kisses. She loved her family immensely and life will never be the same without her. Thank you to all of the amazing doctors, nurses, and everyone that has been a part of her care teams along the way. We are forever grateful for your care, kindness and compassion. We would also like to thank Father Estok of St. Albert the Great in North Royalton, OH for his kindness, empathy and prayers.
ALL SERVICES SUNDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2024. VISITATION 12PM-3PM with a Memorial Service to begin at 3PM at Jardine Funeral Home, 15822 Pear Rd. Strongsville, OH.
