On June 25th, Francis J. Branic (88), a WWII Navy veteran, passed peacefully into eternal life at home surrounded by his loving family. Francis was 3rd of six children born to Andrew and Julia Branic of Altoona, PA. During the war Read Obituary
I would ilke to give my regards to the Branic Family. In times of loss, the scriptures can comfort our grieving hearts. Please note the words of John 5:28-"Do not marvel at this because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear HIS voice and come out..."

I have so may wonderful memories of Uncle Fran, time spent in Strongsville, Altoona and Johnstown. He was a man of strong faith, an awesome work ethic in which he always aspired to do his best whether it be working, fathering, gardening or golfing! I will always remember his bright smile and quick wit. When I would tell him that I hoped I inherited his wrinkle free face he would just laugh and tell me to drink more milk! Keep him close to your heart and always find comfort in the wonderful memories you all have!
