My dad was one of the best fathers out there. He would sit there and make sure that I always had what I needed and always took care of our family. I loved him with all of my heart and I can always remember when I told him something big and important he would always call his mom or dad and tell them how proud he was of me. On one of his last days he knew I was applying to CSU and Tri-c but he didn’t know if I had gotten accepted into CSU or not. A week after he passed I had gotten accepted and I just was happy that he knew. I loved him and I will forever miss him. I love you daddy ❤️
My sincerest condolences to Michelle, Alex and Dominic. I hired Eric at MCPc and every single year after that he thanked me for hiring him. He was a hard worker and very dedicated to doing his best.
I have many, many fond memories of Eric but probably the best (and most fun) was meeting him at the Muni lot at 5 am to tailgate before one of the Browns' games. That day was a highlight in my life and one that I'll never forget. Eric brought his grill and a big pot of chili and we grilled brats and burgers. It was a great party!
You could tell Eric loved his kids beyond measure because of all the activities he did with them and the sheer joy on his face when talking about them.
I'm blessed to have known Eric. Hugs to the Hankins family!
Eric had such a big heart. Always smiling and happy....So sad to see a good hearted soul leave way too soon....You are and will be missed. Rest in peace now.
