Carol, Madeline, Cindy, Connie and I walked to St. Thomas More together most days as girls. We became young women together. Although I went to a different high school, it is heartwarming to know that the rest of you kept up and kindled that friendship all these years. It was a great joy to meet up with you all last year at Cindy's island house. Good memories.
Seems like just yesterday you were sitting here at our kitchen table wearing those lavender slacks looking radiant and enjoying (gag me....) Miso or seaweed or SOMETHING soup Greg concocted up for you. How brave you were. And the heart of a child. I don't think I ever heard you say one bad thing about anyone. Miss you girlfriend. Happy you were able to enjoy those last trips with Greg....he loved you so! Visit the rest of us in our dreams, will you?
My condolences to Greg, Zachary, Jonathan and the entire family! I was in awe to visit the Ziernicki home in August and witnessed Carol and her family CELEBRATE LIFE! Carol and the family simply enjoyed the moment! The house was filled with LOVE and fellowship! Her strength is a testament for me to always be reminded that no matter what challenges come my way to be strong and face any challenges that come my way! Praying that God will comfort all who were touched directly or indirectly by Carol! Proverbs 3:5,6 Trust God even when we don't understand his reason.
Greg, Zach, and Jon,
You were all so blessed to have Carol ( your mom) in your lives. She touched so many lives and filled them all with love and laughter.
She and I had so much fun volunteering at Arroyo Mocho when you boys were in elementary school, I often wondered why we weren't asked to leave.
Garage Sales and antique stores count Carol in. There were some fun times had there.
Carol and I both loved Angels and now she is one.
She will be in my heart forever.
