You were a tremendous help and friend to me when I spent 2 years in Glidden.
You taught me and many others how to really design and make resins. What I learnt from you in 2 years served me well for the rest of my career.
I remember well all the chats we had at the end of the day on cars, Scotland, and world news. These chats made my time away from home easier and more enjoyable.
I still remember several evenings walking through the car park in the snow while you pointed out the faults on all the new cars and explaining why Lexus was the best.
You always told it like it was and I admired you for that.
You were truly a 'one - off' and will be missed by me.
