William R. Yako Sr., 90, passed away February 19, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Nancy Yako and companion to Sandy Ventura for 20 years. Loving father of William Jr (Diane), Larry (Lori), Dave (Nancy), and Steve (Donna). Son of the late Andrew and Mary Yako. Brother of Tom, Chuck, Carol Lanza, Joan Sabonos and the late Richard, James, and Mary. Dear grandfather of Darryl, Jennifer, Carolyn, Monica, Timothy, Amanda, Bradley, and Matthew. Great grandfather of 10. William was a United States Army Veteran. ALL SERVICES WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2022. VISITATION WEDNESDAY 9:30AM-10:30AM with Funeral Mass to follow at 10:30AM at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, Strongsville. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to SW Hospice Fund, 18659 Drake Rd, Strongsville OH 44136.
