Martha, My thoughts are with you today. I remember hiring Tom in the Fall of 1988 to work at the Cleveland branch of ABC on Brookpark Rd. There are many funny and warm(although not always at the time)of his escapades with customers. He always had a smile and a story to tell. Then there were our customer trips as well where he promised and I had to deliver for him. As I look back, I have to smile as he was always "our Tom". I am sorry I can't be with you today but you are in my thoughts a I do have a warm feeling as I think about all the life Tom made for me. He was truly a salesman for the ages.
