Thomas Kowalczyk age 71 passed away January 15, 2023. Beloved husband of Patricia Kowalczyk (nee Zielinski). Cherished father of Kevin (Sabrina), and Justin (Rachel). Brother of Frank (Kim) and Jean (Dave) Miller. Loving grandfather of Millie and Zoey. Loving uncle to his nieces and nephews. Tom loved fishing and anything outdoors. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family and also loved helping others with home improvements. He will be missed by all who knew him. A visitation will be held at Jardine Funeral Home, 15822 Pearl Road, Strongsville, OH 44136 on Sunday, January 22, 2023, from 12-4PM. A funeral mass will be held at St. Colette Catholic Church 330 West 130th Street, Brunswick, OH 44212, Monday January 23, 2023, at 11AM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Holy Family Hospice 6707 State Road, Cleveland, OH 44134
