Thomas William Jacobucci, 78, passed away February 17, 2021. Beloved father of Thomas (Barb) and William (Rene). Loving partner of Lynne Sue May. Son of the late William and Florence. Brother of Marie Jacobucci, Teresa Hicks McInally (Bob), and Elaine Jacobucci. Dear grandfather of Nicholas, Michael, Samantha, Sophia, and Jack. Tom loved hunting, fishing, boating, driving in his Miata, and spending time with his family. He was a plumber and owned his own company for over 40 years.
