Steve Joseph Soltesz, 78. Beloved husband of Patricia (nee Nupp) for 58 years. Loving father of Michelle Louise Paul (Kevin), beloved grandfather of Kyle Paul (Christine Bernazzoli) and Ryan Paul. Dear son of the late Ruth (nee Meyer) and Steve Soltesz. Dear brother of the late Donald (Virginia), Wayne (deceased), Ronald (deceased) and sister Kathleen Ann Mancini (nee Soltesz). Dear uncle and friend to many. Steve served as a firefighter/medic for the City of Cleveland Hopkins Airport for 24 years before his retirement in 1992. Steve enjoyed golf, bowling, fishing, camping, loved the water and enjoyed many years with his family at his trailer at Bay Point in Sandusky, Ohio and his time share in Ft. Myers Beach, Florida. Steve loved spending time with his grandchildren and family, and his grand dog, Darby, a miniature Golden Doodle, who slept by his side many days when he was bedridden. Private services will be held for the immediate family only.
