I was going through old school photos and decided to see what people were up to and I thought I'd reach out to Ryan. It has been some 15 years but you never forget your childhood. We grew up on the same street and always played baseball and street hockey with the neighborhood kids or we'd throw a big yellow bouncy ball at eachother named 'Kirby' and see if we could knock one another down haha.
I'm sorry to see he passed :(

Gave so much to me and expected nothing in return. He was a great man and one of the best friends I ever had. Thank you Ryan.
I only knew Ryan for about 1 month, working in the Emergency Department here in Phoenix, AZ -I helped precept him. He was funny, caring, had a calming manner to him and was excited to learn new things. I was looking forward to spending time w/him and his partner, Tod, outside of work and becoming friends. He told me his mom is, "his hero" and he liked working the onc floor because "he liked having the same patients every night and getting to know them". In the very short time I worked w/him, I saw him help many people, in pain etc, and can't imagine the relief he gave hundreds of patients working in onc. Very difficulty to say but, "Ryan, you did good- GTG"
