Ruth was my best friend for 48 years. She was the most loyal and trusted friend one could have. She will be in my heart—always. I hope she is reunited with Joe, who she loved so dearly. My thoughts are with her family: her sister Linda and husband Pete, who were tirelessly diligent in making sure Ruth had the best care; her mother Jean, who was lovingly present for her; her niece and nephew Amy and Chris and their families. Also, to all of us she befriended and loved in her too short life. We will miss you Ruthie.
