Ronald W. Hammar, 84, passed away January 14, 2017. Beloved husband of Pat for 33 years. Loving father of Karen Miller(Dean), Dave Hammar(Pam), Doug Hammar(Robyn), Teri Ross and Denny Shank(Salli). Dear grandfather of Andrew, Robbie, Sabrina, Brennan, Garrett and Jimmy. U.S. Air Force Veteran. Ron retired from Ohio Bell Telephone Company after 35 years of service. He was a volunteer at Southwest General Health Center for 20 years. VISITATION THURSDAY 4-8PM at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 PEARL RD, STRONGSVILLE. Funeral Service FRIDAY 11AM at First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Strongsville. Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
