Roger B. Lapp's Obituary
Roger B. Lapp, 75, passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at Southwest Hospice in Strongsville, Ohio.
He was born on December 4, 1947, to the late Robert and Ruth (Meyers) Lapp Sr. in Cleveland, Ohio.
Roger attended Buckeye High School and graduated in the class of 1965. Following high school, he completed some trade classes and worked as a Machine Operator for American Wire Cable for 50 years. He just recently retired this year.
He was an outdoorsman that loved lots of fishing and camping. Roger also enjoyed working on old cars and tinkering in the garage. He was a member of the Cleveland Baptist Church for many years.
Roger is survived by his children David (Mary Beth) Lapp, Diana (Rick) Wilkinson, and Robin (Michael) Zuba Sr.; brother Robert (Alice) Lapp Jr.; grandchildren Andrew, Michael (Aly), Kaleigh, and Katelyn; step-grandchildren Doug, David (Danielle), Adison, Austyn, Brooklynn, Alex, Carter, and Douglas; and nephews Wayne, Todd, Chad, and Jason.
VISITATION will be held on SATURDAY, December 2nd from 10am – 12pm at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 Pearl Road, Strongsville. A GRAVESIDE SERVICE will also be held on SATURDAY at 12:30pm at Columbia Cemetery in Columbia Station.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Southwest Hospice Fund.
