Robert E. Sloan's Obituary
On May 19,2023, Robert E. Sloan passed away at the age of 80. Robert is survived by Judith and their children Michele Cheney (Christian), Sheri Sloan (Pascal Voisin) and Scot Sloan (Patricia). Loving grandfather to Anna Grace Cheney and Ryan Sloan. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Josephine Sloan. Upon graduating from Youngstown State University, Bob went to work for Ameritech Publishing, were he spent his entire career. After retirement, Bob enjoyed umpiring for the city of Parma softball league, teaching drivers’ education and taking in Guardian and Cavs games with friends.
Family will receive friends on June 11, 2023, 2:30-4:30 at Jardine Funeral Home 15822 Pearl Rd Strongsville.
