Robert "Rob" Frank Leidy, age 60, passed away peacefully on February 24, 2026, surrounded by his loving wife and children at his home in Brunswick, Ohio.
Rob was born in Parma, Ohio, on December 9, 1965, to Joyce (Gamber) Dannemiller and the late Ray Leidy. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Mary-Ellen (Schwandt); his daughter, Leah; his son, Chase; his mother, Joyce (Gerry), his stepmother, Polly; his brothers: Gary (Evelyn) and Duane (Kathy); his stepsister, Bridget (Bryan); his two beloved ragdoll cats, Pudge and Smudge; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will miss him immensely.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ray, whom he now joins in eternal rest.
Rob was known for his legendary sense of humor and award-winning cherry pie. He was a Fantasy Football mastermind, loved golfing every Sunday, and admired Ford Mustangs. Above all, he loved his family deeply and leaves behind countless memories filled with love and laughter.
