Robert “Bob” Gordon (Gorczynski), 87, passed away March 11, 2024. Beloved husband of 64 years to Barbara Gordon. Loving father of Sherry Russo (Chuck), Tammy Sidoti, Susan Gorczynski-Skrbin and Scott Gorczynski (Linda). Son of the late Stanley and Mary Gorczynski. Brother of Dorothy Gallo (Guy). Dear grandfather of Sara (Sam), Nick (Angela), Sandi, Luke (Celia), Carli (Ryan), Stacy (Mark), Kevin (Jessica), Michael (Mallory), Alexa, Logan and Libby. Great grandfather of Ryleigh, Chloe, Dominick, Joanna, Nora, Scarlett, Nolan, Nash, Jade, Bianca and Dean. Cherished uncle to Lori, Tina and Kris.
Bob was an honorably discharged U.S. Army Veteran. He worked in the insurance business for 47 years. Bob owned his own insurance agency and retired in 2007. He very much enjoyed bowling, working in his yard and endlessly washing his car. What Bob LOVED most in life was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren whom he greatly cherished. Bob will be truly missed by all who knew him.
VISITATION THURSDAY 3PM-7PM at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 PEARL RD, STRONGSVILLE. Funeral Mass FRIDAY 10AM at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, Strongsville. A private burial will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at a later date.
