Richard J. Slavik, 78, passed away February 2, 2014. Beloved husband of Melinda. Cherished father of John R. Slavik and Christina LaFaire(Joe). Loving grandfather of Corey, Brendan and Madison LaFaire. Richard was a loving man who put others first. He loved Cleveland and all sports. Worked for Lake Erie Screw for 42 years.
