Richard A. Perez “Rick”, 55, passed away February 5, 2013. Beloved husband of Susan (nee Phillips). Proud father of Alicia, Amanda, Ricky and Melissa. Brother of Sylvia Moore, Daniel Perez, John Webber, Edward Webber and the late Robert and David Perez. Loving brother-in-law and uncle. Son of John King Webber and the late Teresa.
