Regis George Coustillac's Obituary
Regis George Coustillac, 79, of Strongsville, passed away peacefully Friday, June 28th, 2019 at Fairview Hospital in Cleveland. He was born June 3, 1940 in North Braddock, PA to the late Regis H. and Helen (Halley) Coustillac.
Regis was raised in Youngstown, OH, and graduated from Ursuline High School. He was later inducted into Ursuline Hall of Fame in 1979. He received a football scholarship to The University of Pittsburgh where he excelled, becoming a three year letterman.
Regis spent over 25 years in health care management for Kaiser Permanente and the North Canton Medical Clinic.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 30 years, Carol (Petrucelli) Coustillac. Children: Regis A. Coustillac and wife Susan; Lisa Tamoga and husband Istvan. Grandchildren: Angela, Regis L., and Anthony Coustillac; Istvan D. and Breanna Tamoga. Sister Eileen Porter (David Sr. - deceased) of Canfield, OH, and brother Richard H. Coustillac of Ft. Myers, FL.
The family will receive friends from 4-8pm, Friday, July 5, 2019 at Jardine Funeral Home, 15822 Pearl Road, Strongsville, OH 44136. A funeral mass will be held at 12pm on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 12700 Pearl Rd., Strongsville, OH 44136. Please meet at the church. A private family burial at Holy Cross Cemetery will take place at a later time.
