Dr. Peter A. Gail's Obituary
Dr. Peter A. Gail, age 78, returned to his Heavenly Father on February 14, 2018. Beloved husband of Wilma (nee Ramish) for 57 years. Devoted father of Karin Reale (Dominic), Kevin Gail (Kirsten), and Kori Russell (Christopher). Dear brother of Michael. Son of the late Adelbert and Madeleine. Loving grandfather of Anthony and Gina Reale; Connor, Daniel and Emily Gail; and Cole Russell. Dr. Gail was a former professor and the consummate teacher. He brought people together to teach them about his interests whether it be the Amish lifestyle, uses for edible wild plants, or little-known treasures found in his hometown. He was the founder of Goosefoot Acres Inc. He spent a lifetime of service volunteering in various capacities for his church. Dr. Gail was known for his big hugs and kind heart. VISITATION 4-8 PM TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 20, at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 PEARL ROAD, STRONGSVILLE. Funeral Service 11 AM Wednesday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 4411 Windfall Road, Medina, OH 44256. Interment Private.
