Patricia C. Frattin's Obituary
Patricia C. Frattin (nee Kosack), passed away on April 1, 2026, in Strongsville, Ohio, at the age of 91.
Born on April 20, 1934, in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Anne Kosack and the sister of the late Thomas Kosack and his wife the late Anna Jean.
Patricia was the beloved wife of 43 years to the late Dante Frattin. Their marriage was a lasting partnership marked by love. She was a loving mother to Jeffrey Frattin and his wife Karen, Sandra Megay and her husband Stephen, Natalie Tilk and her husband David, and Daniel Frattin and his wife Lisa. Patricia took great pride in her children and found her greatest happiness in their accomplishments, their families, and the lives they built.
Patricia was also a devoted grandmother of six and great-grandmother of one. Her grandchildren and great-grandchild brought her immense joy.
ALL SERVICES WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8, 2026. VISITATION will be held WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8, 2026 from 9AM-10AM with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10AM at ST. JOSEPH CATHOLIC CHURCH, 12700 PEARL RD, STRONGSVILLE. Interment will immediately follow at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon, Ohio. Please meet at the cemetery.
