Odette Salim Mitri's Obituary
Odette Salim Mitri, age 93, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on 4/10/2024, in Cleveland, Ohio. She was born on March 17, 1931, in Jerusalem, to Mary and Fuad, the eldest of six siblings. She married Salim Jalil Mitri on august 23, 1959. Odette was a proud resident of the old city of Jerusalem. After the passing of her late husband, she moved to unite with her two sons and families, initially, in Modesto, California. She is survived by her sons, Jalil, Jack, her grandchildren, Salim, Seri, Sammer, Rafi, and Rami Mitri, her great-grandchildren Jacob and Nathaniel, two brothers, Edmond and Issa, and sister, Laura, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Family and friends are invited to Jardine Funeral Home on Monday, April 15th for visitation from 10am - 12pm with a service beginning at 12pm. Interment will take place at Strongsville Cemetery.
