Neil Mills, 62, passed away August 22, 2014. Beloved husband and best friend of Sue (nea Talkington) for 42 years. Devoted father of Neil Mills Jr. and Courtney Cook (Bill). Loving grandfather of Skylee and Braden Mills. Special friend of Marge and Jim Norris and Don and Jackie Brown. Second father to Sara (Lee), Paul, Jake and Andy. Dear companion to his loyal dog Mazie Mae. Neil was a truly unique person who loved the Outer Banks, Alaska and travelling Europe.
