Natalie Hoffman (née Tanski), 64, passed away October 24, 2015. Preceded in death by her parents, Ann and John Tanski and her sister, Christine Chubb. Survived by her husband, George R. Hoffman, her sister Karen Uridel, nephews John, Robert, Richard Chubb and niece Jane Dabrowski. Dearest cousin of Kathryn Swintek, Mary Beth Gibson, Lisa Marshall and David Swintek. Loving step-mother to Jane Hoffman and her children. Michael and Anita Hoffman and their children, Jennifer Peebles and her children and Beth Hoffman. The family of Natalie Hoffman wishes to thank the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, Fairview Hospital and St. Mary of the Woods for their excellent care. VISITATION TUESDAY 4-7PM with a Funeral Service to follow at 7PM at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 Pearl Rd., Strongsville. Interment private.
