Michael C. Ventura's Obituary
Michael C. Ventura, 56, long time Strongsville resident, passed away, Sunday, July 24, 2022, at his home surrounded by loved ones after fighting a courageous, six year battle with cancer. He was born May 13, 1966 in Parma, Ohio and was the son of Michael J. Ventura and Norma J. Ventura (Yasenka).
Preceded in death by his father, Michael J. Ventura. He is survived by his loving wife, Stephani Ventura, (McClurg) and sons, Michael and Ryan. Mother, Norma Ventura (Yasenka), his brothers, Brian Ventura and Matthew Ventura. Nephews, Joshua, Nicholas, Aden and niece, Jillian.
Michael was a Strongsville High School, Cleveland State and Kent State alumni with a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry and was a role model and mentor to many.
He loved spending time with his family and dogs, Sammi and Charlie, and most enjoyed spending his free time coaching his sons’ sports, attending their tennis matches, was an avid golfer and Cleveland sports fan.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 8:00 pm, at Jardine Funeral Home at 15822 Pearl Rd, Strongsville, OH 44136 on Thursday, July 28, 2022. Burial will be at All Saints Cemetery, 480 W Highland Rd, Northfield, OH 44067 following the funeral mass at 10:00 am Friday July 29, 2022 at Saint Joseph Catholic Church, Strongsville. Please meet at church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Michael’s children at Jardine Funeral Home during visiting hours or at any Key Bank.
