Michael J. Knaak, devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, passed away October 12, 2013 after a long battle with cancer. Born in Lakewood in 1951, worked for Ford Motor, enjoyed everything outdoors. He is survived by wife of 36 years, Deborah Knaak (nee Stanley), four sons, Matthew (Kathy), Joshua (Laura), Jesse, and Michael, daughter Renea Tritt (Dan), 7 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
