Our sincere condolences, from our family to yours June. My dealings with Mike were from his well earned spot on city council. Although my family is in ward 4, we could always seek Mike's advice on issues and get honest answers from a man of rare integrity. He will be sorely missed. Our prayers are with you all.

Mike was my friend, he was always there for me. Friend, neighbor and mentor. He always treated my family like we where part of his family. June, Julie and Mary how lucky you all were to have Mike in your family. I will miss him deeply. You are all in my paryers during this trying time.

Mike represented the best of Public Service. He cared about people. I had the privilege of serving with Mike on Economic Development, one of his many passions in the City. During his years leading this effort, businesses large and small found our City to be unique in supporting their growth and success. He distinguished our community as a friendly and supportive home where government understood service.
He was thoughtful, resilient and thoroughly knowledgeable. Unlike many in positions of leadership, he was never threatened by what he didn't know and was willing to share any insight without hesitation. He spoke softly, but was always on point. People listened to his wisdom and recognized his approachability. But where he shone brightly was his integrity. Without question he was a man of truth and honor. Residents of Strongsville, and especially the Ward he loved so much, have benefited tremendously by his dedication and singular commitment.
His achievements can be seen throughout Strongsville and we are all appreciative that he gave so much to all of us. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family as we celebrate his many contributions.

I am so sorry and shocked to hear of Mike's passing. As president of a homeowners association in Ward 1 for many years, I had the privilege of getting to know Mike pretty well. He truly cared about Strongsville and his Ward.. He was always a phone call away if there was a problem. I will truly miss our talks and his laughter. Thank you Mike for the friendship. Our condolences to his family. He will be sorely missed.

I am saddened to hear of Mike's passing. My memories of Mike are many and fond. He was a man of integrity, a man of his word. He loved the city of Strongsville and was a true servant. Above all, he loved his family. I will always cherish the time I spent with Mike. He was a wonderful, caring boss and a true friend. A better man you could not find. There are no words to express the deepest sorrow that is felt. Mike was a great man that showed so much pride and devotion for his community.
