Mary Shawver's Obituary
Mary Shawver, 69, of Strongsville, Ohio, passed away on October 11, 2024. Born on November 15, 1954, Mary's life was characterized by her vibrant spirit, abundant laughter, and immense love for her family.
Mary dedicated over 25 years of her career to Sherwin Williams. Beyond her professional life, she was an avid crafter, a dedicated volunteer at Southwest General Hospital and a doting grandmother.
Mary's legacy of love and care is carried on by her husband, Steve Shawver; daughters, Trish (Jerry) Sharp and Gayle (Kevin) Hughes; mother, Marjorie Alberts; siblings, Larry (Joyce) Alberts, Deb (Ken) Cameron, Nan (Bernie) Rottkamp, and Carol (Mike) Cimino; and her many nieces and nephews. She was a cherished grandmother to Jordan, Caylie, Nick, Brynn, Naomi, Brayden, Sebastian, and Lorelei. Mary was preceded in death by her father, Bernie Alberts.
VISITATION WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2024, 3-7PM at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 PEARL RD, STRONGSVILLE. A Memorial Mass will be held THURSDAY at 10AM at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 16271 Pearl Rd, Strongsville. Interment private.
