Mary E. Rooks' Obituary
Mary E. Rooks, of Brunswick, passed away peacefully on February 15, 2026, at the age of 71. Born on December 5, 1954, Mary's life was dedicated to her family, her faith, and her work. She was preceded in death by her parents Walter and Cecelia Rooks.
Dear sister of Gregory Rooks, Sr. and sister-in-law, Millie. Cherished Aunt of Amy Schubert (Matt) and Gregory Rooks, Jr. (Beckie). Loving great-aunt to Skylar and Brianna.
Mary's legacy is one of value, especially in her work at M.T.D. Products (nka Stanley Black & Decker) where she gave 52 years of unwavering service and loyalty.
Beyond her work, Mary was true to her faith and regularly attended mass at St. Ambrose Catholic Parish. She was also dedicated to her family and was so incredibly loved by so many. Her absence will be deeply felt by all, and she will be missed so much.
Private family service and cremation will be handled by Jardine Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions in celebration of Mary's life can be made to your favorite charity of choice.
