Martin "Marty" T. Drake's Obituary
Marty Drake, age 43, passed away suddenly on December 3, 2020 at his home in Dallas, Texas. His career took him from his hometown of Strongsville, OH to Dallas in 2004. In 2014 he started his own company servicing the mortgage industry, which has grown successfully throughout Texas and neighboring states. His hobbies included O-gauge model railroading, aviation, taking his wife to the movies, and watching his beloved sports teams the Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Stars. Marty can be best remembered for his kind, loving, and generous nature. Marty had a sense of humor and an infectious laugh that lit up any room he entered. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and numerous colleagues.
Marty is survived by his loving wife, Laurie Ladikos, his children Cole and Kennedy Drake, his brother Christopher Drake (Sara), and his father Thomas M Drake (Ken Nicholas). He is preceded in death by his mother Martha L. Drake (nee Zamberlan).
