Marlene Dickerson's Obituary
Marlene Dickerson, 92, passed away peacefully October 10, 2023. Marlene was born and raised in New York City to William and Mary Leick. She was a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace University and a long-time resident of Strongsville. She spent many years as an employee for the City of Strongsville in the Building and Engineering Department. Being around her family was her greatest joy. We will miss your smile, laughter and terrific sense of humor. Marlene was the loving mother of 5 children, Beryl Kaminski (Bob), Brenna Czarnecki, Bev Miller, Blaine Dickerson (Jo-Anne Paciotti), Brad Dickerson (Yelena). She was the proud “Grammy” of 12. Shannon Montgomery, Brandon Kaminski, Collin Czarnecki, Ali Sardinia (Tim), Morgan and Maddie Miller, Jacob, Kyle, Sarah, Evan, Lydon and Nina Dickerson. Marlene was also a great grandma to 6. Carly Montgomery (Brad) and Conner Montgomery, Brooklynn, Jayden (deceased) and Aurora Kaminski as well as Sutton Sardinia. A celebration of life will be held later and will be private. Donations in memory of Marlene Dickerson can be made to either one of these wonderful facilities.
