Mark S. Humphrey's Obituary
Mark S. Humphrey, 64, passed away on September 4, 2023.
He was born on May 22, 1959, in Cleveland to the late Johnny and Jean (nee Thompson) Humphrey.
Mark attended Strongsville High School and Polaris Career Center, graduating in the class of 1977. He completed a 4-year Electrician Apprenticeship through ABC. Mark was most recently employed with North Bay Construction.
He was a family man at heart, loving them dearly, especially his grandchildren. He had a huge heart, and he was always there if needed. Mark loved to read all kinds of books and often reread the ones he enjoyed the most. Him and Showana enjoyed taking car rides through the country.
Mark is survived by his loving companion of 24 years, Showana Costello; siblings Don (Sue) Humphrey, Theresa (Todd) Hooks, John Humphrey, and Craig (Angela) Humphrey; children Deon (Aleicia) Johnson, Jerald Johnson, and Arkeisha (Rodney) Perez; and grandchildren Keasia, Jazyire, Elijah, Tyree, and Owen.
VISITATION will be on Thursday, September 14th from 3pm – 6pm at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 Pearl Road, Strongsville. A CELEBRATION OF LIFE SERVICE will begin promptly at 6pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
