Margaret Marie Bedell's Obituary
Margaret “Marge” Bedell (nee Sattler), age 79, of Strongsville, passed away on September 29, 2021, with family by her side. She was born on November 13, 1941, in Cleveland to Andrew and Dorothy (nee Tarnay) Sattler.
Marge was known for her selfless, unconditional love of her family and friends. Many of whom were recipients of her homemade baked goods, as long as you returned her container. She spent many hours at Strongsville Community Center sharing her passion for rake knitting. She was also known to be at the bowling alley supporting her daughter, Beth, with her Friends Forever and Strongsville Special Olympics friends. In recent years, she enjoyed spending winters in Myrtle Beach. She and her husband, Dick, enjoyed going to car shows and square dancing. She found special joy participating in her five grandsons’ lives.
She will deeply missed by her husband, Richard; her children Rick (Debbie), Matthew (Athena), and Beth; her grandchildren Christopher, Jonathan (Abby), Alexander, Andrew, and Christian. She is survived by her sister Mary Reagan (Tom), and loving Aunt and Cousin to many. Visitation will be held at Jardine Funeral Home 15822 Pearl Road, Strongsville, OH 44136 Monday October 4, 2021 from 4-8PM. A funeral mass will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church 25801 Royalton Road, Columbia Station, OH 44028 Tuesday October 5, 2021 at 11AM.
