Lucille M. Thwing, 98, passed away July 27, 2023. Lucille is survived by her loving family, Elizabeth Ann Seggie (Brandon Eucker), Nick Seggie, Lila Ann Seggie, and Richard Rusnak. She is preceded in death by her parents, George Elliot Thwing and Marie M. Thwing (nee Kilasinski), her sister Marie Levy (Harry), and niece, Leslie Rusnak. She will be greatly missed.
