I almost forgot, Lois came down to Maryland for Christopher and Anna's wedding and later for a cruise. It so happened that she was to turn 80 yrs. old. So I had Noel get a cake and invited a few friends that she made at Bingo to come and celebrate. And as a BIG surprise Gail came down with her other siblings to help celebrate.
We would go to Port Orange every Christmas when the kids were little. They would save their pennies all year so they could play poker or any other competative card game. The battle cry was always "get grandma". We always had a great time visiting there.
Living together at Westwood Place we shared activities. That’s when I found out her weakness- Chocolate. We would play cards together and we would “bribe” her to play by having lots of Chocolate. Lois was really witty and we had lots of good times together. We’ve missed her and hoped she would return here but accept God has other plans for her.
1979 we had a surprise 25th anniversary party for my folks. Lois and Frank were responsible for getting them to you he party, I still remember them all walking through the door. Like to think that the 4 of them are enjoying a big reunion
