Laura Gutierrez's Obituary
Laura Gutierrez, 59, was born on March 16, 1958 in Cleveland, Ohio and passed away July 6, 2017. Laura "Lorri" Dear grew up on the Westside of Cleveland at Store and Trowbridge Avenues then Parma where she attended Parma High School before transferring into Garden Grove, California. Having lived most of her adult life in Cleveland, Lorri settled down in Brooklyn where she enjoyed time with her cats "Sam", "Mama" "Maddie" and "Simone", friends, and most importantly family and those friends considered family. Lorri held a special love and passion for people. Her humor, laugh, and compassion will always be remembered and missed.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Earl Dear; Grandmothers, Evelyn Dear, Edna Partridge-King; Grandfathers, Earl Dear, Stanley Partridge, Ralph King.
Her Survivors include Mother, Mary Lou Dear of Cleveland; Step Mother, Nancy Dear of Huntington Beach; Sister, Yvonne Cable-Zweifel of Huntington Beach; Brother, Mark Dear of Huntington Beach; Son, Michael Gutierrez of Cleveland; Grandchildren, Juliette and Maddox; Nephew, Jacob; Nieces Nicole, Danielle, Shawna, Andrea, Kimmi, Jennifer, and Tiffany; Great nieces and nephews; numerous cousins; partner and love of over 27 years, Jim Johnovich including his extended family. She loves you all.
Memorial Service 6:30pm, Wednesday, July 26 2017 at Brooklyn Reformed Church, 9014 Biddulph Rd., Brooklyn, OH 44144. Memorial contributions may be made to/in lieu of flowers Brooklyn Reformed Church,
