Kimberly Sue Skinner's Obituary
Kimberly Sue Skinner, nee Langner, age 61 passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 16, 2020. She was born March 7, 1959, to the late Paul and Barbara (nee Dennison) Langner. She was a devoted sister, aunt, and friend who will be greatly missed. She graduated from Strongsville High School in 1977 and soon afterwards married the love of her life, Dale R. Skinner who preceded her in death. She is survived by her brother, Steven Langner of Norwalk, OH, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A faithful follower of Christ, who thru her actions gathered in a circle of close lifelong friends, too numerous to mention. Kim was an avid cook who could go to her pantry and pick out a few things and create a delicious meal. But everyone who knew her, knew not to call her on Saturday mornings when she'd be watching her beloved cooking shows. She delighted in tending her flower gardens and created beautiful flower arrangements. Kim was a successful business owner who counted many business associates as close friends. She was a true animal lover, who had rescued numerous dogs and even a cat or two! Her newest addition to her adopted family was a mother fox with four kits who delighted her by taking up residency under her front porch. Kim was loved by many, a friend to all and will be deeply missed. Kim was cremated at her wishes. Visitation will be held Friday, July 24, 2020 at Jardine Funeral Home, 15822 Pearl Road, Strongsville, OH 44136 from 10AM-1PM where a memorial service will follow at 1PM. In lieu of flowers please make a contribution to the Animal Protective League of Cleveland or the American Heart Association.
