To the Welsh family my deepest condolences I was a co-wokrer of Kevin's at the Dept of Veterans Affairs in Cleveland we worked together for many years and we always had great laughs with family stories to tell . Remember him with lots of love because he had so much of that for you guys. He will be deeply missed..

I also worked with Kevin while at the VA. I remember his sense of humor and his willingness to help others out.
I wanted to share some thoughts of Kevin that came to mind today at the funeral. I was privileged to serve as Kevin's first VA supervisor. He had such a great love of life and family. We all enjoyed his playfulness and sense of humor. He tricked many of us with prank phone calls and disguised voices. Our trips to the annual conferences at Salt Fork State Park always included Kevin entertaining us in the evening with great stories about his friends and family. His karaoke singing left much to be desired, but he was always a good sport when we teased him about it. Kevin suffered much, but he always went out of his way to cheer up his friends and colleagues. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Annmarie, Colin and Evan,
I want to express my warmest regards and deepest sympathies regarding your loss. Although I only had the brief chance to be Kevin’s boss during my brief time with VA in Cleveland, I grew to care for him. He always spoke about how much he loved you three, and his face would light up everytime he talked about Colin and Evan. He had big dreams for you both. He often made me laugh as he told stories of growing up with is brothers and sisters. His best stories were those when he talked about his mom and used that Irish brogue. I will miss him, but I know that he is now resting from the physical challenges of this life, and that he is in a far better place.
