Judith Ellen Feudo's Obituary
Judith Ellen Feudo (nee Rosasco), beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 2, 2024.
Judy was born on April 12, 1938, in Cleveland, Ohio. Raised by loving parents Humbert and Antoinette (both deceased), she grew up with her three sisters, Mary Ann, Janet and Chris, and two brothers, John and Victor, in South Euclid, Ohio. Judy was a proud 1956 graduate of Regina High School and loved talking about her “Italian Eastside” upbringing that instilled a sense of selfless love and kindness that she shared with everyone throughout her entire life.
The legacy Judy leaves behind is one of love, humility, and quiet strength. She happily traveled wherever the road would take her. Any food was “her favorite”, especially a good, rare
cheeseburger with a side of jelly donuts. Like any true Clevelander, she loved taking trips to shop at Gallucci’s and using coupons to get discounts on everything at her local Marcs. Judy was also an avid sports fan who loved her Browns and Guardians. Right up to the very end, she was rooting for the Guards to beat those dreaded Yankees, and in true Cleveland fashion said, “we will get ‘em next year.”
Judy was above all else, a devoted mother to her seven children, Elizabeth (David), Sue (Brett), Kristine (Paul), Kathleen, Terri Ellen (Billy), John (Pauline), and Michael (Liz). She dedicated her life to creating a warm and welcoming home for her five daughters and two sons and had a special way of making each of them feel uniquely loved. She somehow found a way to guide this sometimes rowdy group through every joy and challenge with her persistent patience and unshakeable faith.
More than anything in her life, Judy cherished being “Grandma Judy” to her 15 grandchildren. Her eyes would light up anytime she talked about the grandkids and she loved every moment she spent with Richie, Isabel, Alexandra, Jake, Nick, Claire, Jesse, Nicole, Will, Ben, Eve, Sophia, Ava, Ella and George.
Judy will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched. Though our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in the love she shared with us, and her memory will remain a guiding light in our lives.
