Johnny Junior Humphrey, 86, passed away March 31, 2020. Beloved husband of 17 years to Georgia and the late Jean Ann for 44 years. Loving father of Donald (Susan), Theresa Hooks (Todd), Mark (Showana), John (Patti), and Craig (Angie). Brother of Eloise, Patty, and the late Donald, Rachel, Betty Jo, and Georgiana. Son of the late John D. and Josephine. Dear grandfather of Stephanie, Jacob, Ariana, Nicolette, Richard, Daniel, Emily, and Rachel. Great grandfather of Katelynn, Annabelle, Hunter, Emmett, and Owen. Retired from Ford Motor Co. in the skilled trades as a Machine Repairman. John was loved by everyone he met. He had a great listening ear and always had a joke to tell. He was an avid gardener and loved to share his bounty. He enjoyed horses and hunting. Was known as “Cowboy John” when he sold instant tickets at St. Joseph (Strongsville) bingo nights. He lived out his final years in his hometown of Coolville, Ohio with Georgia. John was fortunate to spend his last few months in Strongsville with his children who tried hard to bless his life throughout several physical setbacks. ALL SERVICES PRIVATE.
