John J. Sero age 96 passed away Thursday December 24, 2020. Beloved husband of the late Sophie for 63 years. Loving father of Bill (Patricia) and the late John Jr. Dear Grandfather of Samantha, Michael, Marcus and Brett and Great Grandfather of 3. Brother, Uncle and Brother in Law. Honored US Navy WWII Veteran. John served on the USS Pennsylvania in WWII and operated one of the numerous 14” cannon guns on the battleship. ALL SERVICES WEDNESDAY. VISITATION 4-6pm WITH A SERVICE TO FOLLOW AT 6PM at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME 15822 PEARL RD. STRONGSVILLE. Interment will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
