JOHN CLEARY, AGE 81 OF STRONGSVILLE PASSED AWAY ON THURSDAY, JUNE 8, 2023. Cherished husband of the late Linda Cleary for 49 years. Dear father of Colleen Nasman (Matthew), Brian (Anna), Pete (Lauren), and Dan (Diane). Grandfather of Catie, Meghan, Kevin, Connor, Mitchell, Patrick, Colin, and Nolan. Beloved brother of Patricia Mulroy (the late Jim). He is preceded in death by his parents Peter and Elizabeth Cleary (nee Ruddy). John loved his Irish heritage and was a proud veteran of the United States Army and proud member of Ironworkers Local 17. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Strongsville on Friday, June 16 at 10 AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
