Jean H. Fretter (nee Kellogg), age 97, passed away September 1, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Frederick W. Fretter II. Loving mother of the late Frederick W. “Ricky” Fretter III and Scott Fretter. Daughter of the late Oliver and Clara Kellogg. Dear sister of the late Lillian Mathews, Franklyn Kellogg, Richard Kellogg and Doris Matheny. All Services Private.
