James F. “Jim” Spring, born June 9, 1952, passed away July 27, 2014 at home surrounded by his family. Devoted husband of Peggy (nee Whitlock). Loving father of Matthew (Kim), Brian (Kristin), and Kelly. Proud grandfather of Leah, Tyler, and Jack. Dear brother of Joe (Jennie), Susan Sidley(the late John), and the late Ellen Forster (Jim). Cherished uncle and friend to many. Jim attended St. Thomas More School and St. Edward High School. He worked at General Motors (Parma) as a Tool and Die Maker and served as Shop Committee Man for local 1005. VISITATION FRIDAY 11AM-2PM and 5PM-8PM at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 PEARL RD, STRONGSVILLE. Funeral Mass St. Thomas More Church, Brooklyn SATURDAY 10AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
